Experience by Itself is Not Science 1

One of my topics of interest is to study the mechanical behavior of metallic materials subjected to Severe Plastic Deformation (SPD) and investigate the effects of these processes on microstructural characteristics. Automotive industry-used sheet metal forming processes such as Accumulative roll bonding (ARB) and Repetitive Corrugation and Straightening by Rolling (RCSR) are better aligned with my interests and experiences.
